A commercially-focused, multi-discipline construction consultancy located in Manchester City Centre are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join and develop their building surveying presence in the North West.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for acting as a key client interface and expanding the Building Surveying presence in the North West, undertaking the full remit of traditional building surveying duties.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be fully supported by the London office however will be working as the sole Chartered Building Surveyor within a multi-disciplinary team.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor?

• 50/50 project/professional split
• Liaising with a varied client base
• Networking and developing the building surveying presence in the North west

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor?

• 3+ years' experience as a Building Surveyor
• MRICS status
• Strong work ethic and a self-motivator
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
