New opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to a join a friendly team within this independent Chartered Building Surveying practice. APC progression and a wide variety of work will ensure progress and career development.

An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, our client provides advice and expertise in building surveying and property consultancy across Sussex, Surrey and Kent.

With strong growth and long-standing relationships with a number of managing agents in London, they work with a mixture of London and local clients.

With broad range of professional and project work across the residential, education and commercial sectors our client is now recruiting for a Graduate  Building Surveyor to join their offices in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor - APC

  • The successful applicant will hold a RICS recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying or a related field
  • You will ideally be part-way through your APC
  • You will be able to work independently
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with clients and contractors alike

Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor - APC

Working as part of the team you will undertake work in both professional and project functions including the following: –

  • Building Surveys
  • Contract Administration
  • Maintenance plans
  • Design and Specification
  • Licence to alter
  • Defect inspections
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Dilapidations

Salary & Package: Graduate Building Surveyor - APC
