Account Manager - Corporate Real Estate

Due to accelerating and exciting growth, the client that we represent has the need for the dedicated and talented account managers who will be driven to succeed with the amount of new business that is being won by the wider part of the company.

There are a number of roles available but you will could be based in London or regionally, dependent on you or the clients needs. You could have the chance to be embedded within the client to directly assist them with their requirements.

THE ROLE

• Analysing the portfolio to mitigate risk and develop opportunity.
• Working with clients to produce a business plan that fulfils their commercial needs.
• Managing transactions strategy including lease renewals, acquisitions, disposal (in whichever way is necessary)
• Building and developing relationship with all stakeholders.
• Cross collaboration between all service lines including agency to best service the clients requirements
• Acting as a management layer from client to delivery.

THE PERSON

• Strong experience working within transaction management/corporate services
• Relatable experience with mainly commercial office property but exposure to other markets would be highly desirable especially industrial & logistics, TMT
• A professional Chartered Surveyor with RICS accreditation would be highly desirable.
• Management consulting ability would be huge bonus.
• The ability to speak another European language would increase potential opportunities...German and Spanish have been touted as the most in this case.
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in order to manage the expectations of the client and other stakeholders.
