Partner - Rural Practice

We are working with a well-established and successful rural practice based south of Shrewsbury in Shropshire, the business has enjoyed great success over the past 20+ years and as such are now looking for a Senior Rural Practice Surveyor to oversee a portfolio of clients across the Herefordshire & Shropshire areas. 

The role will entail a variety of Rural Professional work, including: valuation and planning, managing and maintaining relationships with highly prestigious clients. strategic reviews, tax planning, landlord and tenant matters, some brokerage and rural estate management. 

You will be tasked with developing a Graduate surveyor and the businesses rural professional operation. 

To be successful in this role you will have been operating at a senior level already within an established Rural Practice, you must be chartered and ideally a RICS Registered Valuer. 
In return you will receive an attractive base salary, generous car allowance + package.
