The Role

The firm are in the Infrastructure and Utility sector and the role will be working throughout the UK on property services in a growing niche sector. It will involve:

Project management

Route & acquisition feasibility

Legal agreements

Agency & acquisition of land

Portfolio management

Lease renewals

Compulsory Purchase Orders

Compensation claims

Future possibilities of line management

Supporting graduate training and development with one-to-one assistance.
