Chorley Council is a fast paced forward thinking organisation with an ambitious agenda. Our aim is to build a strong local economy and pride ourselves on delivering first class customer service and promoting our services within the Borough. Our innovative work has made a positive contribution to the lives of our residents, who remain at the heart of everything we do.
As Senior Estates Officer, you will provide a professional landlord and tenant estate management service and manage compulsory acquisitions, valuations and surveying services to an array of stakeholders. Working as part of a multi-disciplined team, you will be involved with dilapidations, lease and rent reviews, lettings related to a range of properties and provide advice for both tenants and landlords.
Being a Chartered Estates Surveyor with MRICS is essential along with having experience commercial estate management. We believe you will find the role extremely exciting and rewarding as we challenge ourselves to provide the best possible services for residents.
If you have a customer service focus and you are enthusiastic with the drive to satisfy client expectations, we would welcome an application from you.
