Assistant Building Surveyor

A National consultancy are currently looking for a permanent assistant building surveyor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to progress your career, work on some brilliant projects and be given full APC support. The role offers a salary up to £30,000 per annum plus package.

The Company

A consultancy who pride themselves on excellence and work predominately within; education, commercial, public sector, and leisure. They are growing continuously and as such are looking to add surveyors to their team. Projects range from £100,000 to £10,000,000 and may exceed this in the future.

The Role

• Conducting condition reports.
• Full building surveys.
• Design using AutoCAD.
• Project managing necessary work as a result of building surveys.
• Being involved in the overall project management team when required.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying.
• Some industry experience.
• Looking to progress and become Chartered although not essential.

What's on offer?

Further to the above this company, despite their size, operate as a team and will therefore support each others career. You will be working amongst some experienced surveyors who are willing to mentor staff.
