Well established regional business is seeking an experienced strategic property asset manager to join the team. This individual will be charged with creating revenue streams, increasing capital value and formulating liability minimisation strategies throughout their extensive and varied portfolio. This will include negotiating favourable property deals, acquisitions/disposals, lease matters, property reviews, development projects, handling distressed properties etc. The role would favour a Chartered Surveyor, with a leaning towards the retail sector. This post will cover a wide geographical patch, with the majority of time working from home / working remotely, (with fortnightly trips to HQ) so professionals based around the wider Midlands region are encouraged to apply, (this is flexible!!).
