Job Details

You will be joining a large public sector organisation based in Kent to drive forward their commercial and corporate portfolio.

About Your New Role:

  • You will maximise the performance of the companies asset holdings
  • Lead on the asset investment plan by undertaking estate management and a disposal programme
  • Oversee an increase in revenues generated from existing and new assets
  • Review the operational properties to rationalise the portfolio with a view to improving service delivery, reducing revenue costs and bringing forward capital receipts.
  • Identifying development and investment opportunities to optimise use of Kent County Council funds

About You:

  • Ideally you will be MRICS
  • You will be at an advantage if you can demonstrable first hand knowledge of property issues faced by the public sector and experience of working to targets within a commercial environment.
  • It is desirable if you have a valid driving licence
