Building Surveyor

A successful Manchester based construction and building consultancy are on the lookout for a Graduate Building Surveyor with commercial dilapidation experience and working towards their APC.

Over the last 20 years, they have worked on a variety of thrilling and broad projects throughout the UK and have grown at a phenomenal rate which has resulted with 6 offices up and down the country. This is an opportunity that doesn't come around often to join a widely known firm within the property and construction industry.

Graduates will fit straight into a team full of experts and assist them in every aspect when it comes to Surveying. Immediately enrolled in their APC programme, you will carry on your work towards gaining chartership.

You should possess an impressive academic record along with the skills to learn quickly allowing you to progress with ease. Enthusiasm, reliability and motivation are also required to succeed at this role.

Requirements:

·Be currently on track towards chartership
·Degree in Building Surveying
·Clean and full driving licence


Salary on offer:

£24,000 - £30,000
