Our client is an Asset and Development Management Company backed by large insitutional investors. They have a track record of delivery in their existing UK wide portfolio and a significant pipeline of new projects. This role - Development Manager - will give exposure to the full life cycle of the development process across different projects (business parks, city regeneration and residential) including site acquisitions, JV agreements, leasing and post completion asset management and building operations. Excellent opportunity to join a small professional team, to learn and progress quickly. Based London with extensive UK wide travel. £55-65k, bonus, medical, pension
