Job Details
Successful niche property development business requires a site finder to cover the wider midlands region. Applicants will be proficient in all aspects of the acquisitions process, being able to demonstrate involvement in identification, negotiations, appraisals, valuations, agreeing heads of terms etc. This post is offering circa £45 - £50,000 + mileage + exceptional bonus.
