Graduate Building Surveyor / Part Qualified

Graduate Building Surveyor required for well-established LLP, based from their Leeds office.

This company have a proven track record over the last 4 years of 100% APC pass rate, therefore you can be assured that your training and development will be taken seriously within an organisation who have also been known to offer equity share to its employees.

Special consideration will be given to candidates who have already begun their APC with another organisation and feel they are not being offered the support required with their studies.

The Role:

You will be working in a small team of Surveyors, as part of a wider team of around 80 staff. You will focus predominantly on professional work whilst also working on smaller projects within the Commercial, Residential, Heritage and Education sectors.

You will be working on national frameworks as well as with private clients whilst being mentored by the senior members of the team.

The client base is varied meaning your workload will also be varied and interesting, and you will be given the autonomy to take control of some of your own clients from an early stage.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying
• APC Registered or looking to begin (special consideration for those with 12 months left to complete)
• Driving Licence
