Freelance Building Surveyor

Your new company
This modern and forward thinking organisation are looking to utilise the property team to generate income. They are based in Nottinghamshire and all properties are local to where they are based. A role has become available on an ongoing basis for a Freelance Building Surveyor to carry out stock condition surveys on multiple properties as well as managing several different projects.

Your new role
You will be carrying out stock condition surveys on different types of commercial properties and writing up reports based on your findings.
You will also be responsible for managing several of your own projects from the design element and specifications through to working with contractors to deliver them on site. Projects will include refurbishment and fit out of properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Building Surveyor
You will be able to manage several of your own projects
Knowledge of AutoCAD needed

What you'll get in return
Ongoing temporary work, minimum 6 month contract
Competitive hourly rate and paid on a weekly basis
Travel will all be local to the office
