About the client;
Consisting of 15 strong, our client operates throughout the commercial private property sector, delivering project and professional services to an established clientele, from their offices in London Bridge.
Following a sensational year and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a graduate building surveyor, who has the desire to become chartered and progress their career within the commercial realm.
The business's aspirations are to offer top-tier advice, work with the best and to continue developing their portfolio of private clients. The culture will be working to the highest standards within a flexible working environment, raising the bar of top-tier advice, whilst ensuring that they have a good sport and social vein.
The Directors have previously led divisions within larger premier consultancies, to which their experience combined, has created a unique platform for those wishing to be a key part of a business, as opposed to a small cog in a big wheel.

The business is looking for a graduate building surveyor who possesses a RICS accredited degree and has had some experience within the property sector. Ideally, you would have enrolled on to the RICS APC pathway, though this is not a necessity.
What is important, is the individual as opposed to qualifications and experience. The business is looking for somebody who is tenacious and eager to learn and develop their career within an environment where you will work alongside some of the industries most recognised names.
In return you will be rewarded with;
- Basic Salary £26,000 - £37,000
