Building Control Surveyor

A national Approved Inspector are now looking for two Building Control Surveyors to join them both within the West Midlands and East Midlands. You will play a key role within the team. The role offers a very competitive salary and package subject to experience.

As a Building Control Surveyor you will have a proven track record within a similar position plus a real desire to progress - this company promote internal progression. You will join a company going through continued and substantial growth.

You will have responsibility for:

• Site Inspections.
• Plan Checks.
• Offering advice on site.
• Report writing.

A great Building Control Surveyor will have:

• Building Control experience - within any organisation.
• Or the desire to move into Building Control from another background.
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of UK Building Regulations.

• £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
• Fully funded company car or car allowance
