Principal Building Services Engineer

A national consultancy offering support to the public sector are now seeking a Principle Building Services Engineer to join their Greater Manchester based venture. You will play a key role within the Building Services team. The role offers a very competitive salary and package subject to experience.

As a Principle Building Services Engineer you will have a proven track record within a similar position. You will join a business with exciting future plans who can offer real growth opportunities.

You will have responsibility for:

• Leading and managing the Building Services team.
• Reviewing specifications and design detail.
• Supervise project delivery.
• Develop existing processes.

A great Building Services Engineer will have:

• A Degree or equivalent within Building Services.
• Ambitions to become Chartered (CEng).
• Ideally be registered within Building Services e.g. IMechE.
• Management experience or the desire to step up to a management role.
