Associate Building Surveyor
Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Building Surveyor required:
An independent property and construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor proficient in carrying out core professional services to join their expanding West Essex based team.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will carry out the full-spectrum of traditional building surveying services (professional focus) and be comfortable working as part of a team and using their own initiative.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be joining a Top50 consultancy based in a modern West Essex office and will work across sectors including leisure, mixed-use and hotels.
The Successful Associate Building Surveyor?
- Proficient in carrying out core professional services
- Experience working in a commercial environment (private practice/consultancy)
- MRICS preferred
- Self-motivated
- Management/mentoring experience preferred
