Senior Quantity Surveyor - Relocate to Jersey

Joshua Robert are representing a Quantity Surveying and Project Management practise based in Jersey.

Due to exponential growth and recent diversification of sectors they operate in they have an opportunity for a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to undertake general SQS duties as well as mentor and develop more junior commercial staff

The role will entail undertaking delivery of pre-& post contact QS duties for a wide variety of flagship new build & refurbishment schemes.

• Pre-Contract feasibility studies, estimates
• Procurement and evaluation of tenders
• Post contact administration

This progressive business operate across multiple sectors form high end hotel developments, to healthcare, education , and high end residential schemes , predominately new build but will also include refurbishment works.

Client can facilitate relocation with; relocation funding, and provide licensing to own your own property in Jersey.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 5 years construction experience.
