We are the foremost provider of Building Control Services in the City, and regarded as a centre of excellence in tall and complex buildings. Working with eminent designers and contractors, our projects portfolio includes some of the country’s largest buildings, predominantly multi-million-pound office and retail developments, hotels and residential apartment blocks, incorporating leading edge innovative design solutions.  

We are looking for a highly competent, dynamic individual to join us as an Assistant District Surveyor, committed to delivering a world class Building Control service in a highly competitive market. As part of our management team you will play a leading role in ensuring that performance standards, resources, marketing and income generation are appropriate to maintain the viability and standing of the office now and into the future.

You will also actively be involved in providing the City’s 24/7 Dangerous Structures and Major Incident response.  

Professionally qualified and commercially aware you will have extensive experience of leadership within a competitive Building Control environment and committed to creating a world class City.
