Engineering Manager - Somerset

Opportunity for an Engineering Manager to supervise operations for a large hotel and visitor attraction

Your new company
As an Engineering Manager you will be joining a unique and newly formed site based in Somerset. Your new company have renovated a grade II listed house and estate, turning it into luxury hotel and accommodation, restaurant, spa, visitor centre, cider mill and farm shop.

Your new role
As an Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with project management of a variety of exciting new developments, these include electronic systems, extensive internet and wifi systems, swimming pools, a spa and electronic vehicles. You will be responsible for organising and overseeing all planned and responsive maintenance on a day to day basis, leading external contractors and your newly formed in-house maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will require an engineering related degree with at least five years experience in a relevant position. You will need to be able to demonstrate a wide range of experience, from project management, site management, services engineering and M&E contracting.

What you'll get in return
In return for starting your new role as an Engineering Manager, you will receive a salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 which is dependent on your specific skills and experience. Alongside this, you will receive 30 days annual leave each year and a 15% performance related bonus.
