Project Manager

Carriera has been requested to secure a project manager to join a leading independent organisation based in London. The business offers project management, cost management, quantity and building surveying and advisory services. Working through education, commercial, residential, retail, sports and healthcare sectors. 

About client;

The project management team is forty strong and is well established within the local market. The project management team is built up of partners, associates, senior project managers and project managers. The existing team in London work on a broad range of interesting, fast-paced projects including refurbishments, fit-outs, redevelopments and new builds that span across the aforementioned sectors. Typical project values range from £2 million to £150 million.

About you;

You will have prior experience within the education sector and will be joining a client-focused team within the London office. You will have a construction or related degree and be working towards gaining your chartership or becoming affiliated to a professional body. It is essential that you have a minimum of three years’ consultancy project management or local authority experience. You will also have a proven track record of working successfully within a team and managing smaller valued projects.

Compensation;
