Chartered Building Surveyor

Interested candidates must be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years Building Surveying experience.

Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Education, Healthcare, Defence and Local Authority

Company Headcount: 400 - 500

Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• Project management experience of building maintenance work, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings
• Contract administration experience (JCT and NEC3)
• Knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
• Ability to monitor and report on progress and expenditure of projects
