Capstone are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic Project Coordinator role based within a highly sought-after Project Management Consultancy. This position offers fantastic career progression through working with projects across multiple sectors within an enviable company. Our client would also be looking to assist with attaining a Masters or MRICS Chartership to help your progress.

The Role

As Project Coordinator you will be in the Project Management department supporting a team of Project Managers with all areas of administration and project support. You will be involved in construction projects from inception to completion learning the full life cycle from pre-construction to handover. Along-side project support you will be responsible for all administration from diary management to presentations.

• Daily secretarial support to the team.
• Preparation of tender documents, presentations, case studies.
• Managing project administration and reports.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Ad hoc assistance to PMs.

Requirements

• Degree educated.
• Administrative experience and excellent organizational skills.
• Preference of construction / property experience.
• Some knowledge of Project Management and the construction industry.
• A proactive and ambitious approach to working.
