Regional Director, Quantity Surveyor, London
A national Quantity Surveying practice has a unique opportunity for an outstanding Quantity Surveyor to assume the role of Regional Director and lead their London office.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
Working within an established office alongside a senior team as well as a diverse client portfolio, this is a unique opportunity for a talented Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of a leading QS practice.
The Quantity Surveyor will be required to contribute to the financial and internal management, marketing/business development, and ensure that the business achieves its targets.
- Development and implement of marketing strategies
- Staff development
- Identifying skill gaps
- Fee forecasting
- Manage debt control
- Reporting to the company's Main Board
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will come from a Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management or similar discipline with Private Practice experience and be qualified to Chartered or similar status.
