For the right person this is an opportunity to develop and front a successful Cost Management service in a new region and to grow with the business with the support of the established London Cost Management business.
An experienced Quantity Surveyor you will deliver cost planning and cost management services in relation to construction projects in the Midlands and expand the existing offering to key clients within residential, office, retail and industrial portfolios.
MRICS and commercially focused you will deliver services with autonomy and engender confidence in clients. Must be capable of developing contacts to win new business (particularly in the Midlands) with leadership qualities to assist in team and office growth.
