BUILDING SURVEYOR FULL TIME / PART TIME

We are a leading independent local firm of Chartered Surveyors covering West Kent from our Sevenoaks High Street Office.

The practice offers a wide range of services to clients providing expert advice on both residential and commercial property matters. We are looking to strengthen the team by bringing on board an experienced Building Surveyor who will share our values and add real value to the business and our clients.

What you’ll need:

  • MRICS / FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Private sector experience with at least 3 years’ of PQE
  • Contract supervision and dilapidations experience
  • CDM Principal Designer advantageous
  • Drawing / CAD skills advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Interest in and firm knowledge of the built environment, including building regulations and health and safety legislation
  • Relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of good customer service
  • IT skills, including knowledge of industry-specific software
  • Be analytically minded, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Teamworking skills
  • Clear driving licence

In return we are offering the following package:

  • £50,000 - £65,000 per annum salary subject to experience
