Estate Surveyor, Valuation

Your new company
You will be joining a busy organisation with a large property department based in a stunning location in Derbyshire. You will work in the Valuation team on an ongoing freelance basis carrying out surveys to assist in the Asset Valuations.

Your new role
You will be surveying a variety of different properties to assist in the Asset Management Programme. You will visit different sites all based in Derbyshire to carry out the necessary surveys and write up each report afterwards, updating internal systems and databases.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Surveyor
Confident going to sites and carrying out Valuation Surveys
Driving licence and vehicle access required

What you'll get in return
Ongoing temporary work, minimum 6 months
Paid on a weekly basis, with access to an online portal to manage timesheets
