One of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary property partnerships are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor for their bustling office in the West Country. If you have a RICS-accredited degree and are looking to kickstart your career in Building Surveying, our client wants to hear from you!

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will assist on a broad range of projects for a variety of clients across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Practical on the job experience and structured training is provided in order to develop your business, technical and people skills to a professional level.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join an experienced team of Building Surveyors, offering advice and support towards achieving APC qualification and RICS chartership.

Ideal candidates will be resourceful and creative with superb organisation and time-keeping skills. Due to the client-facing nature of the role, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are also necessary. Ideally, candidates will have some practical experience of Building Surveying, either during University or following graduation. A full, clean UK drivers license is essential for travel between sites.
