A dynamic and expanding consultancy located in Bristol are seeking an Associate Director - Building Surveyor to join the business at a crucial time of expansion and development in this region.

The successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will be responsible for client development, leading and delivering work programmes and many other aspects that come together to form the building consultancy.

As the successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor, you will be supporting the regional director in developing and growing the consultancy.

The Role of The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will include;

• Preparing proposals, bids and submissions
• Managing the building surveying team including mentoring graduates through the APC process
• Undertaking both project and professional work across a variety of sectors

The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS with 4+ years' PQE
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing a team of building surveyors
• Full breadth of experience within building surveying

In Return, The Successful Associate Director - Building Surveyor will receive;
