We are looking for a Senior Engineer who is keen to develop in building mechanical and electrical system designs.  You will form part of the Asset Management Team who provide a wide range of services within the built environment to cover all building mechanical and electrical needs. The successful applicant will be required to be proactive and versatile as the work undertaken is extremely diverse and varied in terms of both scope and clients.

Your Role

• Lead on small to medium scale design work for M&E refurbishment projects and key asset replacement schemes
• Support the wider team on large scale design projects
• Carry out design using AutoCAD 
• Assist the wider Asset Management team with M&E condition surveys of existing systems
• Produce reports showing findings, schedule maintenance regimes and costs
• Assist with energy efficiency surveys and report production
• Support in contract procurement and the management of projects

As an already experienced engineer you will be well on your way to gaining Chartered Engineer status. Along with this experience you will bring with you versatility, attention to detail and commitment to the task at hand, going the extra mile to get the job done to the highest standards at all times. The ability to work independently and as part of a team will come naturally, as will excellent time management and communication skills.
