Associate Quantity Surveyor, London

A property and construction consultancy which has grown throughout the South of the UK are seeking a confident and articulate Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit London office.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

This is a practice coated in history and professional experience. They have six offices across London and the South West and work on a myriad of projects.

In the London office the successful Quantity Surveyor will be managing a range of residential projects within the private and social housing sector.

On a daily basis you will be working alongside the Partners, assisting the more junior Quantity Surveyors with their tasks alongside helping grow the business.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 7+ years UK QS experience (consultancy background)
  • Client facing
  • Experienced using schedules of rates, BoQ, and a broad range of contracts
  • Strong post contract experience
  • Ambitious
