Job Details
Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for an experienced Valuer to join our client in Derby on a contract assignment.
The role of the Valuer:
- Carry out rental and capital valuations on council property in accordance with IFRS13 and RICS
- Carry out inspections of land and property assets
- Deliver and complete 'Red Book Valuations'
Requirements of the Valuer:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer status is desirable
- Experience of property valuation and property portfolio management
- Experience of conducting lease and license negotiations, rent reviews, lease assignments, lease renewals and the acquisition and disposal of property
