Landlord & Tenant Surveyors (Part & Full Time Available) - London City

£45,000 + car + benefits/bonus

We are looking for two Landlord and Tenant Surveyors for our client who are based in London City but have a nationwide network of offices. It is an exciting new time for them and they are growing at a fast pace. Their L&T team currently works on behalf of a number of Borough Councils, Private Investors, Prop Cos and retailers. They have a number of live cases and so are looking for experienced L&T Surveyors to help with the work. These roles could appeal to either a Surveyor who has recently qualified and wants to get involved with an interesting an varied work load, or could well suit a more experienced surveyor approaching the end of their career who wants to continue working without the stresses of business development. We would consider part time candidates also wanting to work at least 3 days per week.
