Blayze Group are proud to exclusively partner Mullucks Wells, seeking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to fill a varied surveying post covering the M11 corridor.
Mullucks Wells are an established, independent, RICS accredited group of property experts with a stellar reputation accross Essex. They successfully sell, let and manage both Residential and Commercial Property with offices in Bishop Stortford, Epping, Great Dunmow and Safron Walden.
The Commercial Department, based out of their Bishop Stortford office, has grown steadily over the past 20 years and we are looking to bring on a charismatic Property Manager to help maintain and strengthen their impressive reputation. You will be working a team of three, managing a varied portfolio of circa 200 properties, made up of High Street Retail, Industrial and Office spaces.
As a small to medium sized enterprise with a flat, progressive hierarchical structure, you will be an appreciated member of the team from day one and can expect to play a key role in the continued success of the department.
Your workload will be varied to include managing leases, undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals & surrenders, advising on landlord and tenant enquiries and managing / inspecting commercial property from Epping to Cambridge.
As the successful applicant, you will be client facing, ideally with at least 3 years' Property Management experience and have a thorough knowledge of UK commercial leases and their application. You also will need to have a full UK driving license for this position.
MRICS is desirable although APC support can be provided should you hold the relevant experience.
