Building Surveyor

A leading independently owned multi-disciplinary Surveying Practice who work across the South East are looking for a Building Surveyor to play a key part in the development of their rapidly growing Building Surveying department. Ideally you will have 2 years plus experience working as a surveyor and have either Assoc RICS status or have plans to achieve chartership in the next 3 years.

This practice applies traditional values and high standards of personal service and integrity and use the latest technology and techniques to deliver a great client experience and they are looking for a person with the same level of client dedication.

The role will involve a range of building surveying duties including:

* Commercial and Residential building surveys

* Preparing and responding to schedules of dilapidation, and negotiating with relevant parties

* Condition Surveys

* Expert Witness

* Project Management/Co-ordination
