Your new organisation
Your new organisation is a Housing team based in South Wales, who are looking to complete their WHQS (Welsh Housing Quality Standard) by 2020 and are seeking an additional Surveyor to join their multidisciplinary team.

Your new role
Your new role is as a Contracts Surveyor, this will involve working independently undertaking condition surveys of tenanted domestic premises as well as contract administration duties including producing contract documentation such as schedules of works, specifications and pre-contract information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience evaluating building faults and defects, a sound working knowledge of building regulations in relation to domestic premises. A working knowledge of CDM regulations, site supervision of contractors in a client side role, supervision of contractors regarding Health and Safety and experience of completing all required documentation including permits to work etc. Educated to at least HNC level in a building related subject. AutoCAD experience would be desirable but not essential.
