Quantity Surveyor, Central London

A professional International construction consultancy are seeking to expand their Quantity Surveying division by appointing a client facing Quantity Surveyor who will work closely with their Project Director in London.

This practice has recently won several new projects and with their continued growth they require additional hands to assist with the mounting workload.

The Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of projects within the residential, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Taking on said projects, you'll be responsible for delivering a full cost management service from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a PQS background and a successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion

  • BSc in a RICS accredited degree
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Healthcare or Hotel project experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ambitious
