Associate Director - Quantity Surveying
A leading commercial consultancy based a short distance from London Marylebone is seeking a new Associate Director to join their articulate and professional Quantity Surveying team. The Associate Director will have a hands-on role with projects, managing a Quantity Surveying team, plus will be involved in Business Development.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership on a range of projects within the build sector. This will involve providing pre and post contract services, guidance and support to less experienced Quantity Surveyors, and you'll regularly meet clients.
Working on projects valuing in excess of £200 million, the Quantity Surveyor will also take time to involve themselves in business development matters, including building new relationships within the construction industry.
The Quantity Surveyor
The consultancy is looking for a professional and client facing Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years' experience previously working within the London, Construction Consultancy market.
Preferably MRICS, the Quantity Surveyor will have a successful track record of running residential/housing, commercial, leisure, or education projects.
