Job Details
My client based in Sussex is looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their Commercial Property team as soon as possible.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
- Day-to-day commercial property management
- Asset Management and monitoring portfolio performance
- Oversee and negotiate the leasing, letting, acquisition and disposal of commercial property
The role offers flexibility for the right candidate and is likely to be extended after the first 6 months.
Ideally you will be MRICS and have 5+ years of experience.
