Quantity Surveyor
A leading consultancy focused on longevity and creating a family feel environment is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Consultancy team in Brighton.
The Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time as the Consultancy have successfully won a major framework project. Not only will the successful Quantity Surveyor work on this project, you will also work on residential and commercial projects valuing anywhere between £10 and £100 million.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
Working alongside one of the Directors in the Brighton office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will take a range of regeneration residential, commercial, and education projects across the South East. Not being micro managed, the Quantity Surveyor will provide an extensive pre and post contract service to a range of blue chip clients.
The Quantity Surveyor
The consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years quantity surveying experience, preferably chartered, or committed to the APC and becoming MRICS.
You will be switched on, intelligent, and confident with clients.
Mixed sector experience is ideal.
