An exciting opportunity to join this Chichester based Main Contractor as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for the opportunity to work and develop your experience on a broad range of new-build, refurbishment and conversion projects across the South East.

Undertaking a variety of new build, refurbishment and conversion projects across the South East, this Main Contractor covers projects from £500,000 - £5million within the following project sectors; Residential, Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial/Retail, Heritage/Conservation and Healthcare.
Continued growth and the subsequent increase in project sizes has lead to the requirement for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS. As you learn and progress you will have the opportunity to move on to running your own projects and progress to the Quantity Surveyor role. Based in Chichester, West Sussex.
Person Specification: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- You will hold a RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- You will ideally have 1+ years practical experience
- You will be ambitious and motivated, competent and willing to learn
- Full UK driving licence
Roles & Responsibilities: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have involvement on the full project life-cycle from tenders for sub-contractors to Contract Administration.
Initially shadowing the Senior QS, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience with on the job training across all areas of Quantity Surveying.
Salary & Package: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
This progressive opportunity comes with a salary of up to £30,000 and offers progression and constant on-the-job training.
