Job Details

Our client is a boutique property consultancy with an investment portfolio across central London. Due to a recent restructure we are seeking an experienced Commercial Facilities Manager to take ownership for the Facilities function. Working closely with the Directors and Property Manager, you will be the principle contact for the Facilities Management service offering; including operational management responsibilities and taking a wider, strategic view of how the Facilities Management service is being delivered.

This role will involve procurement and management of all hard and soft service providers, managing the PPM programmes and reporting back to clients on asset performance. You will you will be responsible for managing on site teams, building strong tenant relationships and ensuring statutory compliance. In addition to the London portfolio, you will also be accountable for a national maintenance contract for a key client.

This is a small and growing business; therefore, the successful candidate will also be involved in the mobilisation of new sites/contracts. We are seeking a candidate with a proven background in reviewing performance and implementing improvements across services and systems to offer the client an efficient and valued service.

The successful candidate must have a background in managing landlord areas across multiple sites. We are seeking a candidate with a proven understanding of service charge budget and a track record in staff management and procurement of new services. Ideally you will be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and have excellent interpersonal skills.
