Chartered Building Surveyor

A highly reputable planning and property consultancy located in the heart of Bristol are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their experienced and multi-disciplined team.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be advising client of a broad range of instructions covering the full range of traditional building surveying matters on a variety of property types in the commercial sector.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for coordinating projects for national clients, liaising with other offices across the UK.

The Role of The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will include;

  • Undertaking a mix of both project and professional services
  • Liaising with clients and developing meaningful professional relationships
  • Mentoring and assisting with the development of junior building surveyors
  • Producing and Presenting reports to clients regarding projects

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS, newly qualified or with PQE
  • 2 years' experience within the commercial property sector
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £38,000 - £45,000
