Synopsis:             An award winning construction consultancy who invest heavily in the staff is currently looking for a Associate Director Building Surveyor to work on a range of projects and services from party wall and dilaps to contract admin and project work. 

Salary:                  £70,000 - £80,000 plus bonus, car allowance, healthcare, pension

They are currently looking for a Associate Director Building Surveyor who is chartered by the RICS and has a broad range of experience.  The role will be to be a deliver on a number of projects and services to clients whilst also being a team leader; able to manage and guide more junior members of staff and also interact confidently with clients.  This position has the potential to move into an Directors role.
