Project Manager - Central Manchester

An established Construction and Property Consultancy, who specialise in Retail and Hotels, are seeking a Project Manager to join their office located a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens.

The Company

The successful Project Manager will be joining a small Project Management and Cost Management Consultancy. They have grown significantly over the last few years and have established a significant presence within the industry.

They pride themselves on their ability to develop staff.

The Role

As the Project Manager you will be managing the successful delivery of projects, to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.

The role will involve working on projects with established clients on Hotel and Retail contracts.

The Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will ideally have 2 years or more Project Management experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM (or aspiring to)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Project Management experience, within a consultancy
  • Proven track record of Refurb projects
  • Client facing persona
  • Ability to communicate with senior managers
  • MRICS / MAPM or close to
