Senior Cost Manager - Leading Consultancy 

Our client:

This leading real estate consultancy with well over 100 offices across the globe provides industry leading projects and commercial management services to their clients around the world.

They are now looking to recruit a Senior Cost Manager within their London offices to work on a variety of clients, projects and initiatives.

Job Description:

Joining a buzzing team within Central London, you will be developing and monitoring project budgets on behalf of many blue-chip clients. Additionally, you will support the procurement process and ensure post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively. Expect to be providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.

This role can offer you a wealth of experience, professional growth and exciting opportunities. In return, you will have excellent communication skills, have experience working in a consultancy on similar projects having carried out NEC Contract Administration (NEC3 preferred) and Cost Management & Reporting. It would be advantageous if you have led on monthly project budgets and have experience with risk and opportunity management. Additionally, it would be preferable if you are MRCIS and have experience working in the London market already
