Job Details
A dynamic consultancy that has been creating excellent service for private sector clients for the past 100 years along with growing a reputation as public sector experts. Looking to expand significantly in 2019 this client has recently led on a number of significant investment acquisitions in London and there is now a large pipeline of work building for the Professional Department. This is a great opportunity to take on a mixed role undertaking a broad variety of work including L&T work for occupiers and landlords.
With an established client base for its valuation, business rates and predominantly lease advisory work including banks, property cos, institutional investors and local authorities the successful applicant will get the opportunity to work across a range of property sectors and gain full exposure. Input and commitment are highly rewarded and valued at this practice enabling them to retain key members of the team.

The successful candidate will be MRICS and possess 3-5 years post qualification experience along with strong lease advisory experience.
