Job Details

A very rare opportunity to partner up with a Property Developer to manage and deliver their Acquisitions strategy as an Acquisitions Manager. They have a strong investors and funding to call upon and an aggressive strategy in mind going forward with purchases.

Their speciality is within mid market end values where there is room for growth and transactions. In addition to this, they seek commercial office acquisitions to keep them ticking over.

  • Negotiable salary dependent on experience, value add and track record becoming of an Acquisitions Manager
  • Fluid and adjustable bonus structure to be discussed

THE ROLE

  • Executing and improving the acquisition strategy for the company
  • Utilising your network to find the sites and properties that fit the criteria for the business
  • Conducting feasibility studies to back up your suggestions.
  • Carrying out due diligence
  • Preparing reports and presentations to pitch to senior management.
  • Source between 4 - 6 sites per year
  • Build a team around you to support the above

THE PERSON

  • Demonstrable track record in property investment, acquisitions and/or property development on a large scale (500+ units, £100m plus sites etc) - 5 years + experience
  • Experience in financial modelling, including scenario and sensitivity based analysis.
  • Experienced within construction or real estate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Commercially aware.
