Graduate Building Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree, to join one of the UK’s largest firms of chartered surveyors, this role will be based from their offices in Manchester.

Having a team with a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise and a portfolio of work in both professional and project-based commissions, you will have an opportunity to see why this company has been awarded for its commitment to its workforce.

This role offers on the job training as well as a specific mentored APC supported programme to allow you to take your career to the next level as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Many of the Building Surveyors in this company move into Project Management latterly and this opportunity will be available to you should that be your desired career path.

Your main duties will focus on a wide variety of Building Surveying duties with some prestigious clients. They work in a number of key sectors including Commercial Offices, Industrial, Retail, Education and the public sector.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified with a RICS approved degree
• Building Surveying experience is desirable but not essential (e.g. ‘year out’ experience)
